Blue Rook provides market intelligence, monitoring, drafts, and messaging workflows. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not legal, financial, brokerage, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing information, communications, permissions, and decisions before relying on or sending them.
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and have authority to submit or connect data. Access and portability can depend on brokerage, MLS, provider, contract, and legal restrictions; Blue Rook does not promise that every record can move with you or be exported in a particular format.
Use of inboxes, CRM, MLS, messaging, AI, and other connected services is subject to provider terms and permitted-use rules. You must not use Blue Rook to scrape, disclose, or contact people unlawfully, or to bypass provider or brokerage restrictions.
Service texts may include verification, account, requested alert, and support messages. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Privacy acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms are distinct from consent to receive recurring texts.
If you purchase a subscription, displayed pricing and checkout terms govern billing and renewal. You may request cancellation through available account or support channels. Timing, refunds, continued access, exports, and retention depend on the applicable checkout terms and current operational capabilities; these Terms do not promise a dashboard control, a refund, or a fixed post-cancellation retention period.
Do not use the service unlawfully; interfere with security or availability; reverse engineer except where law permits; upload malicious material; misrepresent identity or authority; or use data, messages, or insights in violation of consent, fair-housing, MLS, brokerage, privacy, communications, or other applicable requirements.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and integrations. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete coverage, or preservation by every external provider.

The reviewed date identifies this version; materially different uses or terms will receive additional notice or assent when required. Governing law, venue, legal entity, address, and any dispute-specific provisions require founder and counsel approval and are not invented on this review branch.
