Depending on how you use Blue Rook, we may collect account and contact details; authentication and subscription records; MLS, listing, transaction, CRM, enrichment, and public-source data; contacts and communications you provide or connect; inbox and OAuth connection metadata; SMS and support messages; AI prompts, outputs, feedback, and traces; device, browser, cookie, attribution, usage, security, log, and audit data; and insights inferred from these sources.
We receive information from you, your device, connected services, MLS and public sources, service providers, and partners you direct us to use. We use it to authenticate users, provide alerts and requested workflows, operate subscriptions and support, secure and troubleshoot the service, measure performance and attribution, improve features and models, comply with applicable obligations, and enforce our terms.
We disclose information as needed to providers supporting hosting, databases, authentication, messaging, email, analytics, attribution, AI and tracing, billing, support, and connected integrations. We may also disclose information at your direction, to protect users or the service, in a business transaction, or when required by applicable law. Connected MLS, brokerage, inbox, CRM, and other systems may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Optional website tools are off until you choose. Measurement includes PostHog, Google Analytics when configured, and first/last-touch browser attribution. Marketing includes LinkedIn Insight. Global Privacy Control is treated as a strict signal that keeps both categories off. Use Privacy choices in the footer to review or withdraw your selection at any time.
Blue Rook uses AI-supported systems to analyze information and draft insights or communications. Inputs, outputs, feedback, and operational traces may be processed by model and observability providers to deliver, secure, evaluate, and improve the service. Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide. Important professional decisions remain yours.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including HTTPS for public web traffic, cloud storage protections, authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain different categories for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, operational continuity, disputes, security, and applicable obligations; periods vary by system and provider. We do not promise immediate or automatic deletion from every backup or provider system.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about disclosures, an opt-out, or an appeal. Rights may be limited or require identity and authority verification. Email support@bluerook.ai with “Privacy Request” and the request type. We will evaluate and respond under the law that applies; this notice does not promise unsupported self-service functionality.
We may use information that is aggregated or de-identified so it cannot reasonably be linked to an individual for analytics, research, product development, and other disclosed business purposes. When we treat information as de-identified, we intend to maintain it in that form and not attempt to re-identify it except to test whether de-identification safeguards work. A materially different future use requires review and, where applicable, updated notice or choice.
Blue Rook is intended for licensed real estate professionals age 18 or older and is not directed to children. Information may be processed where Blue Rook and its providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. We may update this notice as practices change; the reviewed date above identifies this version. Material changes will receive additional notice or choice when required by applicable law.
